This multi-speed function is realized through the multi-function terminal, rather than the frequency given by the analog quantity or the potentiometer, so it is a fixed frequency control under control. The access of different terminals corresponds to different speeds, and this speed is the specific frequency set.
Multi-function terminals are connected through binary arrangement and combination. For example, there are three multi-function terminals, which can be combined into 2-1 frequency bands, that is, 7 frequency bands. 000 means that no one is connected, so it cannot be counted. .
For example, the frequency converter of Siemens has 6 digital input terminals DIN1, DIN2, DIN3, DIN4, DIN5, DIN6, which can realize up to 15 frequency band control. The frequency converter has to be started and stopped, which requires one terminal and one spare, and the remaining four become the arrangement and combination of each frequency band.
These multi-function terminals can be freely defined, which one is used as the start-stop signal? Which ones are used as multi-speed control terminals? Users can freely arrange them according to their needs, but they must correspond to the parameter settings, which means defining each function parameter. Users can also choose the speed according to their needs. If they don't need so many, just leave it as a spare.
If there are three peripheral switches k1~k3 connected to 24VDC to form 7 speed stages, when K1 is ON, K2 is OFF, and K3 is OFF, it corresponds to the frequency set by P1001; when K1 is OFF, K2 is ON, K3 When it is OFF, it corresponds to the frequency set by P1002, and so on.
Let me explain again that the multi-stage speed control satisfies the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, that is to say, whether it is forward rotation or reverse rotation, the predetermined multi-stage speed control function can be realized, and the motor should be turned especially when the frequency band parameters are preset.
Before setting the multi-stage speed parameters of the inverter, it is necessary to set the motor parameters, maximum and minimum frequency, acceleration and deceleration time, and then define the start-stop terminal and multi-stage speed terminal of the inverter.
Peripheral switch can be realized by button, also can be realized by normally open point of relay, and can also be completed by PLC.
