Introduction of new product SST-NS series soft starter
SST-NX is a compact soft starter developed based on the two-phase thyristor voltage regulation control algorithm, with technical features such as small size, high integration, simple use, and convenient deployment. As one of the company's multiple soft starter product lines, the SST-NX series will solve the application pain points such as cumbersome wiring of electrical equipment and the inability to effectively arrange circuits due to compact space. It has unique advantages in applications with high electrical requirements for compact space, low power consumption, low heat requirements, and rapid deployment.
Compared with the NX series, the SST-NS series soft starter has a smaller size. Applicable power range 0.75kW~5.5kW (208V~240V/kW); 1.5kW~11kW (380V~460V/kW); rated working current: 3.9~25A; rated frequency: 50~60hz; protection level IP20;
Debugging process
(1)Start setting up
(2)Connect the L1-L3 main power supply and confirm that the soft starter is powered on and reset. Please be sure to power on and reset the soft starter for the first time to prevent unfinished instructions in the soft starter. At this time, please pay attention to safety when the T2 output terminal is powered on.
(3)Disconnect the main power supply and connect the three-phase motor to the output terminal
(4)After connecting the motor, the ON light changes from flashing to steady on.If it flashes, please check the circuit and do not perform the subsequent steps.
(5)Pre-starting the motor via the RUN and COM terminals
(6)A. If the motor rotates slowly, please increase the starting voltage appropriately. B. If the motor rotates too quickly, please reduce the starting voltage appropriately or extend the starting time.
(7)Adjust the starting voltage, start time, and soft stop time values to obtain the best results.
(8)Debugging completed
