Interlocking Conditions of Inverter
What is the chain condition of the inverter:
There must be no chain reaction when the inverter is static when it is on standby. Only when the inverter is running can there be a chain reaction. Between the output voltage of the inverter and the frequency, between the frequency setting of the inverter and the output voltage, There is a chain relationship between the motor speed, between the analog output of the frequency converter and the output frequency of the frequency converter, and between the output frequency of the frequency converter and the multi-function relay. There are many examples of such chain relationships.
The inverter chain reaction must have:
- start run signal
- Frequency given signal
- Frequency given channel selection
- Inverter closed-loop control also requires analog feedback
- Parameter settings related to multi-function relay chain output
There are still many subdivided inverter interlocking conditions, and the inverter must set relevant parameters for specific interlocking requirements.
