Printing slotting die-cutting machine is mainly used for processing die-cutting, indentation, stamping and lamination of some non-metallic materials, self-adhesive, EVA, double-sided adhesive, electronic, mobile phone rubber pad, etc. it is an important equipment for post press packaging processing and molding. This equipment integrates printing, slotting and die-cutting into one corrugated box production equipment. The system is divided into four parts: paper feeding section, printing section, slotting section and die-cutting section. 2) VFD and servo are controlled by MODBUS-RTU communication.
3) The driver is required to achieve high repeat positioning accuracy and responsiveness to ensure the accuracy of the position.
4) The driver should have high and low frequency resonance suppression performance to prevent position deviation when the servo motor runs fast.
5) The driver is required to have excellent self-tuning function.
