About the frequency conversion start-up technology of air preheater
1. After the frequency conversion of the air preheater is started, the frequency is loaded to 50HZ, and the timing starts. After a delay of 10 seconds, it automatically switches to the power frequency. If the frequency fluctuates and is lower than 50HZ, the timing starts again.
2. The operation panel of the frequency converter can be removed. Before the air preheater is powered on, remove the operation panel of the frequency converter. After power on, remove the operation panel of the inverter, the DCS air preheater screen will report MCC failure, and the air preheater is not allowed to start.

3. For the cleaning mode of the air preheater, the switch is in the CLEAING position during normal operation, and if cleaning is required, switch the switch to the OPTION position.
4. If it is in the cleaning mode, that is, the switch is in the OPTION position, the main motor cannot be started at this time, and the auxiliary motor can be started.
5. We generally do not carry out on-line cleaning of the air preheater. After the unit is shut down, the air preheater is cleaned. The specific operation method is: 1. Open the drain valve at the bottom of the air preheater. 2. Turn the switch of the air preheater to the OPTION position. 3. Start the auxiliary motor of the air preheater, and the frequency converter of the air preheater will automatically increase the frequency to 25HZ. 4. Start the high-pressure flushing water pump of the air preheater for cleaning, or use industrial water for flushing. 5. After cleaning, switch the switch of the air preheater to the CLEAING position, the frequency converter will automatically increase the frequency to 50HZ, and switch to power frequency after a delay of 10 seconds.
6. How can we confirm that the frequency conversion is switched to power frequency? 1. It can be seen whether the power frequency contactor is closed and whether the frequency conversion contactor is disconnected. If the power frequency contactor is closed and the frequency conversion contactor is disconnected, it proves that it is switched to power frequency. 2. You can check the operation panel of the inverter. The frequency of the inverter has dropped to 0 and the air preheater is running, which proves that it has been switched to power frequency. 3. When the power frequency is cut, the frequency conversion contactor is disconnected, the current indicator reaches 0, the running indicator light is off, the power frequency contactor is closed, the current returns to about 24A no-load current, and the running indicator light is on again.
